You can register a new account by clicking on Log in or register at the top of the Naviextras.com website. You will be asked to provide your name, e-mail address, a unique username and password, as well as your country of residence, for invoicing purposes. You will also be asked to choose a device. Please note that if your device model is not listed, it is not supported.
- The username I entered is not available.
Please choose a different username that is unique to you.
- How do I reset my password if I have forgotten it?
Please use the "Forgotten username or password" link to reset your password. Usually an e-mail will arrive within a few minutes. Please also check your spam folder, in case the e-mail should arrive there.
- Which e-mail address should I enter to log in?
To log in to Naviextras.com, you must have a user account in our database. The e-mail address used for login must match this account.
- This is my first time in a while logging in to Naviextras.com. How do I obtain my login information if I have forgotten it?
Use the "Forgot username or password" function to determine if a user account exists for you. If an account does exist, an e-mail with a reminder of your username and a link to reset your password will be sent to the e-mail address on record. If no record is located, you will be prompted to provide a different e-mail address. Alternately, please register a new account.
